Joshua's journey in construction started in his family's garage, crafting fence brackets as a kid, and later assisting his father with various tasks. Progressing through roles, he became a superintendent in 2020, overseeing projects independently. Recognizing a crucial need for safety coordination, he pursued a degree in Occupational Safety and Health at Columbia Southern University. Today, alongside his family, Joshua co-founded JMJ Installers, prioritizing efficiency and safety in every project.

Miguel

Vice President

Miguel's venture into the fence industry started in California's Bay Area during the late 1980s, before establishing himself as a sought-after ornamental iron subcontractor upon relocating to Texas. Building relationships with subcontractors across fields, he envisioned JMJ Installers, a company utilizing top subcontractors for diverse projects. Realizing his dream in 2022, Miguel's company serves as a one-stop solution for clients' building needs.

Dawn

Secretary

Dawn's career trajectory evolved from office management, encompassing diverse responsibilities from vendor management to banking and insurance. Currently, she oversees office operations, diligently ensuring compliance with regulations in onboarding employees and subcontractors. Dawn meticulously maintains training records and certifications, fostering a culture of safety and legality within the organization.

Jade

Treasurer

Jade's professional journey began in accounts payable, where she honed her financial skills while nurturing a passion for design inherited from her father. Enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design, she focuses on architectural and interior design, aspiring to infuse the company with innovative perspectives. Jade aims to leverage modern design tools to enhance the company's offerings, delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers.

Marcy

Accounting Clerk

With over 5 years of experience in clerical work, she now is effectively managing financial activities. With a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, Marcela ensures accuracy in financial record-keeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance. She has successfully implemented streamlined processes, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced errors. Dedicated to delivering high-quality results within set deadlines. Outside of work, Marcela continues her education to better enhance the customer's experience with the company.
